Global Telecom VoIP works using the exciting new internet protocol, SIP - the internet standard for person-to-person IP communication. Examples of some typical IP communication services where SIP is used, are VoIP (IP Telephony), video conferencing, presence and instant messaging. SIP may sound complicated, but using the Global Telecom VoIP service couldn't be simpler!
If you do not have an existing Broadband connection, we will be able to install your BT line and broadband service.
How do you want to use Global Telecom VoIP?
Here at Global Telecom VoIP we like variety, which is why we give you the opportunity to choose the method in how you can connect to the service.
There are Four connection methods to choose from, the PC SoftPhone, the Phone Adapter, the USB phone that plugs into the USB port on your pc, and a dedicated Voip office desk top phone that will plug into your router. Some methods are portable, so if you are traveling, and have a Broadband connection where you are going, you can take your laptop, or Phone Adapter with you, and your second line will work as if you are at home.

Another fantastic feature of Global Telecom VoIP is the opportunity to have a new 0870 VoIP telephone number. You can also order more than one number and advertise that unigue number for you business, alternately choose an 0800 or 0845 Non Geographic telephone number.
