Terms of Money Back Guarantee

How it Works

You must cancel your service within 14 days of the activation of your account. You must not exceed 300 minutes of usage in the first 14 days of service. You are responsible for any calls above the 300 minutes threshold and metered calls such as, but not limited to, mobile, non-geographic, international or directory enquiry call charges. If you exceed 300 minutes, you will not be refunded for the first month of service.

All returned equipment must be in the original packaging not damaged in any way. All components, manuals and registration card(s) must be included. The Money Back Guarantee will not be issued if you fail to meet these requirements.

Make Sure You Get a Return Authorisation (RA) Number

You are responsible for the return shipping costs of any hardware supplied. Please contact Customer Support team to cancel your service and obtain a return authorization number. You will be refunded within 14 days, all your fees after we receive your equipment and written confirmation you want to cancel the service. Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
